If I have bed bugs, do I have to get rid of my mattress?

No! Don’t get rid of it! We highly recommend quality mattress and box spring encasements made specifically to prevent against bed bugs. Mattress encasements designed specifically for bed bug protection are unable to be penetrated by bed bugs. Mattress encasements are part of a bed bug control program designed specifically to protect your property and your health.

What’s the different between Termidor and Altriset?

While both products work in a similar manner in that both products are non-repellant and transfer from termite to termite, Altriset is an EPA reduced risk product. This means that there is no caution label and it’s not toxic to your family and pets. When Altriset is used to treat a subterranean termite infestation, Altriset stops termite feeding immediately.

Are “tentless” termite treatments effective?

Yes and No. Tentless termite treatments for Drywood Termites are only effective if the infestation is very localized and accessible. If the termites are not easily located or spread throughout your home or are swarming, then a full fumigation is necessary to effectively eradicate the termites.
