Nozzle Nolen’s 60th Anniversary

Nozzle Nolen Pest Control celebrated their 60th anniversary this past September with a formal party for all of its employees. The party was held at Jupiter’s Abacoa Golf Club and the company distinguished each employee’s role in the company’s growth and longevity.
Nozzle Nolen was founded by Ken Nolen in West Palm Beach in 1951. To this day the company is still family owned and operated. Nozzle Nolen has a history of innovation and achievement. Ken’s wife Louise was the first woman in Florida to receive her Pest Control Operator license in 1961. Nozzle Nolen performed the largest fumigation in the state in 1968. The fumigation was on the popular historical landmark, the Flagler Museum. The monumental fumigation set an industry record and protected a valuable piece of local history and culture from destruction.
In the early 1990′s, Nozzle Nolen introduced its first green program, All Natural Treatment (A.N.T.) back when green was just a color. Continuing its spirit of environmental awareness and sensitivity, in 2007, Nozzle Nolen became the first Pest Control company in Florida to offer Green Shield Certified services.
The current president of Nozzle Nolen is Ken’s son Mickey and the Vice President is his granddaughter Mandy.
